If your order is received before 4 pm BST (3 pm GMT) Monday to Friday we aim to dispatch on the same day. Please allow an extra 1-5 days for prescription lens orders. WLC and Kodak Lenses are usually dispatched on same day or within 2 days. Zeiss Lenses are ordered to your prescription from Germany and may take 4-5 days before cut and fitted to your choice of frame.

If your item showed 'Pre-order' or '6-10 days' then please add an additional 6-10 days to the expected dispatch date.

All orders are shipped from our offices in Scotland. Please note that if you are in the European Union you may be subject to further taxes, delivery surcharges and fees to which we cannot held responsible. You should check locally to your satisfaction before order as we cannot refund if such charges are made.

We offer a number of International Shipping Options including Royal Mail Tracked Delivery or Premium Fedex

Please be aware that shipping costs may vary as these are automatically calculated in your cart based on the total weight of your order and the shipping destination. The prices quoted above show an approximate delivery charge as stated by the courier company.

If we're unable to automatically offer you a price for delivery, please get in touch and we'll confirm delivery options available to you directly.

We offer a range of delivery options at checkout from Special Delivery Next day 1PM, DPD Next Day [1Hour time slot] and Royal Mail Tracked 24 hr and 48 hr services.

 We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your items.

All we ask is that you email as soon as possible letting us know you're returning your eyewear within 14 days of receiving your item. We will provide you with a returns form.

You must place the official Pretavoir returns form inside the box and the official Pretavoir returns label on outside of the box [please contact us via email for a copy of the returns form].
Failure to do so may result in a delay in processing your return.

Please ensure that products are returned unworn and with all accessories supplied. We can only offer refunds for items that still have the tags attached.

For items with prescription lenses, we cannot refund the cost of lenses, as this is a customised item.

For frames which include free lenses, we will refund the entire cost of the frame (i.e. the cost you paid) for the first return, subsequent returns will be refunded minus £20.
